If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.

Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week from the date of service.

 

Refund policy

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed.

However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

10th service on us  – includes Gel, Dipping powder, Acrylic and Pedicure. Add-ons are not included.

We do subject to availability. Note that bookings are prioritise first. We encourage booking online – it only takes a minute!

We do not offer any massages with any of our services as we’re focused on our craft.

Unfortunately, we do not have bathroom facilities available on-site.

Yes! Ask our friendly techs in store for a loyalty card. Your tenth service is on us* Please refer to Term of Service. 

We reccommend manicures atleast every second service to ensure healthy nail beds. Ask our techs on the day if you’re unsure.

Acrylic nails need to be filled every two weeks, but advise that you should never go beyond three weeks without going for a fill and nail treatment. This helps to take the pressure from the lifted expansion off your natural nails. It can also lower your risk of a fungal infection.
